Introducing Google Pay in Stripe 2.0

In our continuous effort to streamline your payment processes, we've integrated Google Pay into Stripe 2.0. Members can now quickly add their credit card from Google Pay when entering payment details in the system. This integration upgrade means quicker and more convenient payments! We are committed to further improving the Stripe 2.0 experience in the coming months. Keep an eye out for future updates here.

Updated From-To Filter Default Dates

The Invoices page serves as a vital hub for operators managing billing documents. In response to customer usage patterns and feedback, we've implemented a persistent default filter strategy. Now, when the date filters are cleared, the platform automatically applies the following default settings: From: January 1st, Previous Year - To: December 31st, Current Year

This adjustment significantly enhances page performance. Operators can now swiftly focus on recent billing documents, facilitating smoother navigation and quicker access to critical information.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue with the OfficeRnD <> Hubspot sync

  • Fixed an issue where the mobile app would sometimes show all rooms as booked even though they were available

  • Fixed an issue where the learn more link for the Booking Checkout Page was incorrect

  • Addressed an issue where Accepting Cookies put members in a loop of setting up a password again

  • Fixed an issue where in some cases operators could not add an additional location

  • Addressed an issue where you couldn't export visitors if there were empty names

  • Addressed an issue where the ACH checkout flow throws an error due to financial connections permissions

  • Fixed an error that occurred when designing new floorplans.

  • Addressed performance issues on the floorplan, particularly when editing it and carrying out tasks like assigning or removing resources.

  • Fixed an issue with resource imports where the “available to” date was sometimes empty

  • Addressed an issue where the Bill run URL did not set UI values correctly

  • Addressed an issue where syncing accounting charges in Quickbooks/Xero sometimes caused an error

  • Fixed an issue where some invoices could be edited after they were paid

  • Price and deposit columns now use target plan’s values when importing resources

  • Fixed an issue where customer status could be changed manually despite the customer having an active membership

  • Addressed an issue where fees were not populated during AllDay bookings

  • Fixed an issue where renewal contracts could not be signed if there was an error in the renewed contract

  • Addressed an issue where (GTM -6:00) timezone was not represented correctly

  • Fixed an issue with Tour Booking settings where it could not be updated if one of the locations is in draft

  • Fixed an issue where Teammates could see bookings for locations in which they don't have access

  • Addressed an issue where setting booking time through input field moved the year to 2001

  • Fixed an issue where admins could not edit other occurrences of recurring invoices if one of the occurrences was already invoiced

  • Improved syncing of billing details with when first adding payment details
