Launching the OfficeRnD Data Hub

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Data Hub, a massive leap in analytics and reporting for OfficeRnD Flex, powered by the dynamic capabilities of Google Looker. This isn't just an upgrade; it's a complete transformation of our data functionalities, reshaping how you understand your workplace performance to make smarter business decisions.

The Data Hub can be accessed from the Graph icon in the blue main menu bar in the admin portal and equips your team with critical insights for intelligent, data-driven decision-making. Upgraded Report Performance

Wave goodbye to sluggish data loading times. With the integration of the Google Looker engine, data retrieval is now three times faster than before, ensuring operators have swift access to crucial information. Plus, with workplace data refreshing every two hours, your insights are always current and reliable.

Enhanced Data Filtering

Our filtering system has been revamped for ease and efficiency. Filters are now conveniently located in the top bar with easy-to-use drop down menus, allowing you to swiftly customize your data. Once you have made your selections just hit the blue refresh button to update your workplace dashboard.

Additionally, operators can also zoom in by dragging and dropping over certain data sets to specify a range or subset of customers.

Direct Links to Customer Accounts

With our new customer details feature, you can seamlessly transition from high-level reports to granular data. Interested in a particular customer? Simply click on the "Customer Details" link to access their profile directly and manage their account with ease.

In addition to direct access to customer accounts, operators also have the ability do drill down into specific Invoices to more easily manage payments.

Export Workplace Data

Operators can now export information from the Data Hub by clicking on the menu in the top right and selecting "Download". Data can be downloaded in PDF or CSV formats and operators have various export options available.

Home Dashboard Changes

We've made some adjustments to the home dashboard, speeding up load times and linking you directly to important workplace data. Looking ahead, we're planning to allow operators to tailor their home dashboard view based on their unique position within the organization. This customization is key to ensuring quick and immediate access to the most useful data. Feel free to drop your feedback for the upcoming home dashboard improvements here. We are excited to share more in the coming months!

• Automated Alerts: Stay informed with email alerts triggered by predefined conditions within your charts, ensuring you are notified when specific criteria are met.
