Feature Friday - Nov 17th: FlexWorld Recap, Member Portal and Import Improvements

Hey everyone! Before you head out for the weekend, we wanted to provide few quick updates on some things we've been working on over the past few weeks.

We just hosted our annual FlexWorld conference, refreshed the member portal experience, and introduced a better way to import resources into the system.

FlexWorld 2023 Release Overview

Big thanks to everyone who joined us recently at FlexWorld Series 2023 – we're super excited to share that we had over 530 folks from more than 50 countries that signed up! For those who might have missed any sessions, all recordings are available here.

Upgrade to the New Member Portal

A few weeks ago we launched a refreshed member portal experience and hundreds of operators have already switched over to the new design!

You can update the look of your member portal now by navigating to Settings/Member Apps/Branding and selecting the "Modern Theme". Read a detailed help article about switching to the new theme here.

Resource Import Improvements

The team has been working on redesigning the resource import to make it easier for operators to upload their resources in bulk through .csv. Operators can now configure Resource Rates, Visibility, and Privacy settings all from the import file!

These changes are especially handy when you're working with large data sets and racing against the clock to launch a new site. This update is makes resource setup faster and more efficient than ever before. You can read more details about the new import process here.
