Introduce HID Mobile Access integration

HID Mobile Access integrations enable operators who are using HID Readers to provide one app experience to their members by storing HID Mobile IDs directly in the OfficeRnD Branded App.

Once the Mobile ID is stored on the member's device, they would be able to choose between multiple access options and unlock doors even if their device is locked and the OfficeRnD App works in the background.
