Dynamic Pricing Beta lets you automatically adjust prices for meeting rooms, daily offices, and other resources based on the day and time. Offer lower prices during quiet periods to drive bookings, and raise them when demand spikes to boost revenue.

Respond to demand in real time

Operators often see dips on Mondays and Fridays, and midweek midday peaks. With the new Dynamic Pricing dashboards, you can identify demand patterns and align your pricing with actual usage—no guesswork required. Members see the changes directly in the Growth Hub storefront.

Use the dedicated Data Hub Reports to identify high- and low-demand periods, then head to Growth Hub > Dynamic Pricing to create your rules. Set percentage-based discounts or premiums and manage them quickly and easily from the Admin Portal.
