We’ve listened to your feedback and crafted an update that makes navigating the Admin Portal smoother, smarter, and more intuitive than ever. Get ready for a cleaner layout, faster access to key features, and an overall upgrade that makes your workflow effortless.

Why We're Making This Change?

As we've added more solutions to OfficeRnD, finding what you need has become more challenging. This redesign focuses on:

Making essential features easier to locate.

Organizing tools into logical groups (Hubs).

Creating a structure that can accommodate the growth of OfficeRnD Flex.

Key Changes

Here's what's changing in the updated navigation:

"Community" is now "Operations"

The Community section has been renamed Operations, which better reflects its purpose. You'll still find all of the well-known menus, such as Companies, Contacts, Activity Log, Email Activity, and All Contacts, here.

"Collaboration" is now "Experience Hub"

This section has been renamed to better represent its focus on member experience management.

Features are organized into Hubs

Everything is now grouped by function into clear categories:

• Operations Hub: Day-to-day management tools (Activity, Members, Billing, Calendar).

• Growth Hub: Revenue growth & ecommerce management.

• Experience Hub: Member-facing features.

• Visitor Hub: Visitor management tools.

• Data Hub: Reporting and analytics.

"Workplace in Flex" moves to Integrations

Former Workplace tools can now be found under Integrations for better organization.

Flexible Navigation

You can now expand or collapse menu sections according to your preferences, providing greater control over your workspace. 

We're bringing all the latest news, feature updates, support resources, and helpful guides together in one convenient place! With just one click on the F Resource button, you'll have instant access to everything you need – quickly, easily, and all in one spot.

Enhanced Visibility

The main menu expands more intuitively, making navigation faster and clearer.

Bookmark Your Most-Used Tools (Coming Soon)

You’ll soon be able to bookmark specific menu items for quick access. This will let you create personalized shortcuts to the tools you use most often, helping you work even faster and more efficiently.

The first round of search improvements is coming soon

We will introduce improvements in the global search that will help you get results faster and search across more pages in the product.
