Tired of switching tools just to let your members know what’s new? With the new Email Announcement feature, you can send branded, targeted messages directly from OfficeRnD Flex.

What are Email Announcements?

Email Announcements are your built-in tool for sending one-time, styled emails to your members. Whether you’re launching a new plan, promoting an upcoming event, or just sharing important news, you can do it all without ever leaving Flex.

You’ll find Email Announcements under Experience Hub > Email Announcements in the Admin Portal.

Why it’s great:

• Your emails match your brand layout — logo, colors, headers, and footers are pulled straight from your Flex email settings.

• Target the right people by location, plan, or member type.

• Track email open rate and engagement.
