Integration overview

This integration empowers you to fully automate access control in your flexible workspace. Enabling the integration will allow you to:

• Automatically sync user profiles and access permissions between OfficeRnD and Avigilon Alta.

• Define access permissions based on:

  • Membership / Contract type: Ensure access aligns with the membership plan.

  • Resource Assignments (Offices): Set access rights based on workspace assignments.

  • Booking Schedules: Allow access 15 minutes before a booked time.

• Enable mobile-based access for members, allowing entry with a mobile device via the OfficeRnD branded app.

• View and manage connected groups directly within OfficeRnD profiles, keeping access data at your fingertips.
