HubSpot and OfficeRnD Flex - Perfectly Synced

We are excited to share news about some big improvements we have made to our HubSpot integration!

What is HubSpot?

HubSpot is a sales and marketing focused CRM platform that's all about making your business life easier. It's packed with great features for marketing, keeping an eye on your sales pipeline, and has some tools to smooth out daily operations.

Both HubSpot and OfficeRnD are super focused on helping you grow your business and simplify everyday tasks. Our integration is all about making things run smoothly between systems and staying more connected with your members.

How does the integration work?

This integration offers a two-way synchronization of Companies, Members, and Opportunities between OfficeRnD and HubSpot. The need for manually merging data from various platforms or relying on tools like Zapier for data transfer is now a thing of the past.

Operators will see a new OfficeRnD Flex → HubSpot Syncing option within their HubSpot configuration settings. Once this setting is enabled all new Companies & Members created in OfficeRnD will sync with Companies & Contacts in HubSpot.

This updated integration means all your data will be seamlessly synced, freeing you to focus on the aspects of your business that truly matter.

Configuring the HubSpot integration

Another fantastic feature of this integration: the ability to tailor it to your specific needs. Customize the integration by choosing the exact properties you want to manage between the platforms. This includes your Company properties, Contact properties, and any deals created in HubSpot.

How to enable the HubSpot integration?

To set up the integration, you simply need a HubSpot account. Connect your OfficeRnD and HubSpot accounts from the Integration page, configure the data you want to synchronize, and map out the fields and properties you wish to link.
