Happy Monday! We’re thrilled to introduce the new Product Feedback Portal in OfficeRnD Flex!
We’re introducing a new way to share your product feedback!
We're excited to announce a new and improved way for you to submit product feedback! Starting today, all feedback will be collected through our new Flex Feedback Portal, making it easier for you to share your ideas and help shape the future of OfficeRnD Flex.
What’s changing?
One place for all feedback: Share feedback directly through the new Feedback Portal, accessible via the Flex Admin Resource Center.
Greater visibility: Our Product team will review feedback regularly and use it to help prioritize roadmap decisions.
Vote on ideas: See what others are suggesting and vote for the features you care about most!
Note: Product escalations (urgent issues needing immediate attention) are handled separately.
How to submit product feedback
It’s quick and easy to submit feedback through the Feedback Portal:
Open the Flex Admin Portal and log in with your admin credentials.
Click the Resource Center button (with the letter "F") located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click Product Feedback.
Click Give Feedback.
Provide a detailed description of your feedback or feature request. Include any relevant context, examples, or use cases.
Select the importance of the feedback by choosing between Must have and Nice to have.
Click Submit!
What happens to your feedback?
Our Product Managers (PMs) will review new feedback every month.
Ideas with strong customer support may be promoted for further validation and considered for future roadmap planning.
You can vote on ideas and help influence what we prioritize next!
