Feature Friday - September 6th: Enhanced Closed Days Management and Important Reminder for Mobile App Users

Friday's here and so is this week's feature!

We’re excited to announce a few new Closed Days Management features designed to make managing your flex spaces even more efficient.

What’s new?

Yearly Repeatable Closed Days: You now have the ability to set Closed Days that repeat annually, streamlining the process of managing holidays and other important dates across your locations.

Location-Specific Configuration: Closed Days can now be configured individually per location, giving you greater flexibility and control over how each of your spaces operates.

Improved Visibility: To ensure smooth operations, Closed Days are now displayed on each location’s configuration window. This means that all admins - including center managers and receptionists - can easily view the list of applicable Closed Days for their location, even if they don’t have access to global settings.

You can now find Closed Days' dedicated section under Settings > Platform Modules > Business Hours.

We believe this update will greatly improve the ease and accuracy of managing your locations, ensuring everyone is on the same page when it comes to important closures.

Important Reminder for Mobile App Users

To ensure you have the best experience, our mobile app now requires iOS 13.0 or higher to operate. Please be sure to update it as soon as possible.
