• This update makes browsing and booking more relevant and user-friendly.

What you need to know

• This update applies automatically across meeting rooms, plans, and products.
  

Flex Areas calendar accuracy

What’s new

• The Growth Hub detailed calendar page now reflects Flex Area capacity more accurately.

• A date is marked unavailable for booking on the calendar only after all seats in the Flex Area are booked.

Why it matters

• You can now sell your Flex Areas more effectively.

• Booking availability is clearer for customers, helping maximize your revenue.

What you need to know

• No action from your side is required; the change is already live.
