We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Advanced Visitor Log as part of OfficeRnD Flex's Visitor Hub. The Advanced Visitor Log saves time and makes visitor management effortless.

What you get with this new feature:

Import Visitors: Easily add visitor details in bulk, simplifying guest management and reducing manual entry.

Filter by Arrival Time: Quickly view past and upcoming visitors using the Arrival Time column, helping operators stay organized and plan ahead.

Export Visitors: Export visitor data seamlessly for reporting, analysis, or marketing. You can filter by Host email domain to identify visitors from a specific company, ideal for compliance and certification purposes.

Check in and Check out Visitors: Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs directly from the Visitor Log.

Update and Delete Visitors: Admins can easily update or delete visitor details, ensuring that visitor records remain accurate and up-to-date.
