Feature Friday - November 22nd: Visitor Photos, Overpayment Receipts and Legacy Theme Sunset

Happy Friday! The holiday season is just around the corner, and we’re thrilled to bring you some exciting updates before the year wraps up. Here are this week's product updates:

1. New in Visitor Hub: Visitor Photos

We're excited to announce the launch of Visitor Photos, our new Visitor Hub feature designed to enhance host recognition, improve visitor experiences, and bolster security in your coworking space.

Feature Highlights:

• Customizable Per Flow: Enable or disable photo capture based on visitor type (e.g. enable for Visitors, disable for Events) for tailored workflows. Find this under Visitor Customize Photo Tab.

• Photo Capture Made Easy: Photos are captured seamlessly via the tablet app.

• Centralized Storage: All visitor photos are securely stored in the Visitor Log and Profile for easy access and management.

• Enhanced Notifications: Hosts now receive visitor photos in their notification emails, allowing for quick and accurate identification.

Improved Host Experience: Hosts can recognize attendees at a glance, creating a more personalized and welcoming environment.

Enhanced Security: Photo records provide an added layer of accountability and venue security.

Visitor Hub is a distinct solution that integrates seamlessly with OfficeRnD Flex.

2. Overpayment Receipts

Overpayment receipts are now available in OfficeRnD Flex, serving as proof of any successful payment. This enhances transparency and traceability for overpayment records, allowing admins to send a confirmation to customers of the received transaction.

Feature Highlights:

• Streamlined Overpayment Receipts: Admins can effortlessly generate PDF receipts for overpayments, simplifying the process for finance and accounting teams.

• On-Demand Receipt Generation: Overpayment receipts are not auto-generated but can be created and sent manually with a simple Generate and Send button workflow, similar to payment receipts.

3. We are retiring the Legacy OfficeRnD Theme from the Member Portal

Our Legacy OfficeRnD Theme will be retired from the Member Portal on December 31, 2024. We encourage you to switch to the Modern OfficeRnD Theme theme before this date. If you don’t migrate by then, we’ll automatically transition your account to the new theme. Learn how to switch here.
