Host removal in visitor flows

You can now make the Visitor Host optional or remove it entirely from any flow. By bypassing the need for a host, this option simplifies registration for larger groups or event attendees, ensuring smoother operations.

Use cases:

Event management: Simplify registration for event attendees by removing the need for a specific host.

Contractor and vendor management: Streamline check-in for regular or recurring contractors contractors who visit frequently without requiring a dedicated host.

Tour bookings: Simplify tour bookings by streamlining the check-in process, capturing complete guest information, and enabling effective follow-up with ease.

Partial payment receipts 

We’re thrilled to announce improvements to receipt management in OfficeRnD Flex. Receipts now serve as proof of any successful payment, whether or not it fully covers an invoice, giving you greater flexibility and clarity.

What’s new

  • Generate and send receipts: Two new dropdown buttons on the Invoice Details screen allow you to generate and send receipts for any successful payment linked to an invoice.

  • Generate receipt on the spot: A new button in the payment grid lets you instantly generate a receipt. If a receipt already exists, simply use the Download PDF option to access it.

Coming next

  • Receipts for overpayments: Soon, you’ll be able to generate receipts for overpayments, adding even more functionality.

  • Enhanced templates: Next month, we’ll update the default receipt template to include more detailed payment information for easier tracking and reporting.
