Exclude Specific Customers from Overdue Email Reminders

We’re happy to announce the introduction of a new feature that enhances your billing flexibility! You can now exclude specific companies and individual members from receiving overdue reminders, even when these reminders are globally enabled within Settings/Billing Settings/Billing Rules.

This functionality provides greater leniency for important customers and accommodates specific contract terms for key client accounts, ensuring improved customer satisfaction.

How to use:

1. Navigate to Community and open the profile page of a customer or an individual member

2. On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down to the Billing Details section.

3. Locate the SEND OVERDUE REMINDERS option. By default, this option is set to Enabled.

4. Toggle the SEND OVERDUE REMINDERS option to Disabled to exclude the customer or member from receiving overdue email reminders.

Streamline Your Email Activity

We're thrilled to introduce our new Email Activity view, now available in beta! This powerful feature allows you to access a detailed list of all email notifications sent from OfficeRnD Flex to admins, members, and non-members over the past 30 days.

You can also explore email thread details, including sender, recipient, and status changes. Upcoming enhancements will allow you to clear suppression lists, resend failed emails, and print detailed views of email threads.
