Happy Friday! As we head into the weekend, we're thrilled to introduce a new credit note email notification feature.

Every credit note sent from OfficeRnD Flex will now utilize a dedicated email template, ensuring clarity and efficiency in your communications to members.

What does this mean?

When you send a credit note to a member, it will be delivered via a distinct email notification.

  • Subject Line: "Credit Note [Document Number] from [Operator's Name]"

  • Email Content: Details will include the credit note number, issue date, amount, and allocated invoice numbers.

You can find the new credit note email template under Settings > Templates > Member Emails > Credit Note.

This update means clearer, more organized communication with your members, reducing confusion and enhancing transparency. By having a dedicated email for credit notes, you ensure important financial information stands out and is easily accessible.
