Set Default Person to Be Notified

Key Use Cases:

• Planned Tours or Walk-Ins: Notify the Tour Guide responsible for leading the tour.

• Maintenance Vendors: Alert the Facility Manager or relevant team at the specific location.

Feature Highlights

Customizable Notification Recipients: Allow admins to set specific team members to be notified at the flow level.

Host Option Flexibility: Choose to keep the host as the notified person or remove them. If kept, both the host and the additional team member(s) will receive notifications.

Multi-Person Support: Add one or multiple people to be notified for each flow.

Custom Shortcut Buttons

Key Benefits:

• Streamlined Purchases: Allow visitors to buy a Day Pass.

• Add Custom Buttons: Add any other link for quick access directly from the Visitor Hub tablet app.

Here's a quick look at the new flow for buying a Day Pass, which is a part of the integration with Growth Hub:

Feature Highlights

Add up to 2 Custom Shortcut Buttons to the tablet home screen.

Display a QR code when a button is clicked, allowing visitors to scan with their device.

Visitors can securely continue their flow on their mobile device.
