We’ve introduced a centralized posts table that brings every community update into one clear view. Instead of checking engagement location by location, you can now see all posts across your organization in a single dashboard, complete with built-in metrics for likes and comments.

Each post shows total engagement at a glance, with the option to drill down and see exactly which members liked or commented. This makes it easier to understand not just how a post performed, but who it resonated with and where conversations are happening.

With consistent cross-location visibility, you can start comparing engagement patterns between communities. Spot posts that perform exceptionally well, follow sentiment through comment threads, and see how different locations respond to the same type of update. Over time, this helps teams refine their communication strategy and share content that truly connects with each community.
