Customize Business Hours and Workdays for Each of Your Locations

We're excited to announce our latest feature: Location-Specific Business Hours.

Admins can now customize workdays for each location, whether it’s a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule or a Monday-to-Saturday setup. Tailor workdays to match the specific needs of each location.

What this means for you: 

Booking Restrictions: Set booking restrictions for active or non-active members outside of business hours per location. This guarantees smoother scheduling and resource allocation.

Easy Setup: Managing these settings is a breeze! Head over to the new Business Hours tab in the Location editor to effortlessly configure location-specific workdays and booking restrictions.

Location-Specific vs Global Settings: We’ve enhanced our system to ensure that all your existing locations now utilize either global settings or location-specific ones. If you’ve previously defined custom business settings for a location, we’ve seamlessly transitioned those to location-specific settings and applied them to global workdays and booking restrictions settings as well. 

Simplified Configuration for New Locations: Setting up tour bookings for new locations has never been easier. Our system now automatically applies the location’s business hours and workdays by default, ensuring your new location’s scheduling is immediately aligned with its specific operating times. 

Optimized Resource Availability: The availability of bookable resources is now directly linked to the new Set Location-Specific Business Hours setting. When enabled, resource availability will reflect the location-specific settings. If this setting is disabled, the system will revert to the global business hours, workdays, and booking restrictions. This flexibility allows you to manage resources more effectively as per each location’s unique schedule.
