Connect Multiple Vendors to Door Access Control

Multi-Vendor Door Access allows operators to use different door access providers on a per location basis. Door Access integrations are no longer synced on an account level, but now on a location level - similar to how the system handles payment integrations. With the latest update operators now have the ability to:

• Connect two or more different Access Control integrations from the same vendor to separate locations.

• Connect two or more different Access Control integrations from different vendors to separate locations.

Multi-Vendor door access works with Salto KS, Kisi, and Brivo door access systems. Operators can enjoy benefits such as reduced costs, on-site vendor support, and the ability to choose the best solution for each particular space (including locations across different countries and cities). Connect multiple accounts from the same vendor across locations

OfficeRnD now allows operators to use one Salto KS account at one location and another Salto KS account to manage access control at a separate location. OfficeRnD will seamlessly give members access to the correct location based on how access control permissions have been configured within the integration settings.

This update also applies to our other door access vendors as well, so operators could use multiple Kisi or Brivo accounts across locations if needed.

Connect multiple accounts from different vendors across locations

The system can now also connect multiple accounts from different vendors across locations. This means that an operator could use Salto KS to manage access control at one location, and Kisi to manage access control at another. OfficeRnD will sync access to the correct members across both systems based on their configured permissions in the integrations settings. You can see an example of this in the screenshot below showing an account that has been configured with Salto KS at "Location A" and Kisi at "Location B".
